Hello All!
This weekend we went for a trip up to the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne! I really enjoy nature walks (as long as they’re not too long ha!) and the weather on Sunday was just right, not too hot and not raining!
When your boyfriend can successfully use your DSLR you know he’s a keeper!
I had a bit of fun with this edit – accidentally clicked on the pink hue and decided that I loved it!
Yessss successful waterfall photo! I’m a beginner photographer and after reading up about all the nooks and crannies of my camera (Canon 500D that I’ve owned for years and years) I managed to get this photo without a tripod which I’m pretty proud of.
Boy goes places he shouldn’t, what’s new?
And what’s this, you ask? statues growing out of a rock? This is actually the William Ricketts sculpture park which is around 4 acres of winding pathways full of clay sculptures. All of the pieces are embedded into the the surrounding rocks, it was unlike anything I’ve ever seen and the brain child of William Ricketts who is the artist behind the many, many art works. It has to be seen to be believed!
And lastly, here’s me looking happy exploring the hidden artworks that can be found around each bend!
That’s all folks, thanks for reading!
Love the Woodcarvings. Nice place Jess
